Ironically nicknamed "HP Logthis model imagines what might have been performance longboard if the shortboard hadn't turned the world upside down in 1967. Thomas conceived it as a classic log oriented speed and turnsto go to Mach 10 on the tips without going off the rails. Clearly, the High Pro Log offers exhilarating sensations in the high-speed sections where a ordinary longboard would saturate: it accelerates strongly, fits in the hollow and can turn quickly despite its size.
Not recommended for beginners (he asks for precise positioning), it's a "luxury toy for experienced surfer wanting spice up your quiver it won't be out every day, but when the suitable conditionsit's a absolute weapon that will transform a good pointbreak at trim freeway and nose wrinkles at high speed.
You'll feel the joy of surfing a log where usually only the eggs and others mid-lengths dare to venture - a unique experience for the longboarder in search of speed.

Shape : modernized late 60s involvement.
Ultra-slim rails (super foiled) over the entire length for reduce drag.
Bottom : traditional belly roll from nose to midwhich turns into pronounced flat vee around the fin boxwith a slight edge tuck on the last few inches of the tail.
This edge discreet but present provides a little "squirt (boost) in exit from bend.
Fairly tight rocker (low) for maximize trim speedalmost no front lift but a hair of kick over the last 6″ inches.
Slightly narrow nosewithout pronounced concave (the noseride is possible but requires speed).
Tail round pintail classiquenarrow for hang in the hollow sections à high speed.
In the end a shape designed for speed in a straight line and fast curvessacrificing a bit of easy nose ride at low speed.
For experienced longboarders onlywho already have a classic log and want a more pointed for days of good, fast waves.
Suitable for those coming from shortboard/mid-length seeking to find your answer on a longboard.
Not ideal in single boardbut perfect in quiver complement for technical surfer.
For fast, powerful, smooth waves. Paradise on the point breaks rapides type Noosa or Desert Point when it's fully unrolled.
Put up with the hollow and even up to ++1m50/2m. By wind off or low onshoreit's still ok.
On the other hand, unsuitable for small slack (<1m) - without speed it loses interest and a classic log will do better.
This is clearly the days when things are running fast and smoothly.
